1 cup rinsed wheat berries
2 1/2 to 3 cups water
1/4 - 1/2 t. salt
2 1/2 to 3 cups water
1/4 - 1/2 t. salt
Place ingredients in crock pot on low setting before you go to bed and in the morning it’s ready! Drain and serve with milk/cream/yogurt, brown sugar, berries, craisins, raisins. Refrigerate leftovers and reheat later or use in soups, salads, casseroles.
