Buffalo Chicken Mac
5 min prep/total 30 min

1 pkg (12.6oz) mac and cheese homestyle
1 1/2 chopped cooked chicken
1 Tbsp hot pepper sauce for buffalo wings
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped green onions

heat over to 425
Prepare mac & Cheese as directed. Toss chick with pepper sauce stir into mac and cheese, spoon into 1 1/2 court casserole sprayed with cooking spary. sprinkle with shredded cheese and crumb topping
Bake 5 to 10 min until cheese is melted
top with onions

I have simplified this, by using barbecue sauce on the chicken, not used onions,or extra cheese, but used those french fried onions for the top and I don't cook it again- it turns out fine and is still one of our favorite dinners. I've even added some pea's to it!

this is one way my friend save big money through coupons:
Okay,

the website that I like is called Babycenter. To get to the coupon page you follow these steps
1. Babycenter.com
2. across the top it will say a bunch of stuff click on community
3. a search box will pop up in the right hand corner type in coupon deals
4. a page will come up that says coupon deals... click on that
5. This page is the home page for coupon deals at all stores around the country. you click on the link for that day and women post about deals that they find on this first page of each day you will see an icon of flames. This is the hot deals you can click on it and you will see a break down of stores that someone updates each week with the current sales.

This site is very thorough. BUT it is time consuming because you could check it everyday.
If this is confusing call me and I will walk you through it.

Another site I like is Melissa'sbargainblog she is a mormon girl in Texas and each Sunday or Monday she breaks down walgreens, Target, Rite Aide, CVS etc and their deals and what coupons to use. She is awesome.

Finally Afullcup.com is good too. click on forum and then scroll down and pick your store. people discuss the deals they find so you can try it too.

I order coupons from Ebay or different coupon clipping service sites if you decide to go that way. You really can get almost everything you need for free or cheap by doing this, in fact some of the women that you will read about buy with coupons and resell at flea markets and make big money. I do not do this but I can supply my family and some other with necessities for way way cheap. Last week I bought 20 packs of stayfree pads for $3.50 (the price I paid for coupons) from rite aide. I also bought 24 boxes of caprisuns for .07 each using coupons. Coupons go in cycles, so about every 12 weeks when I see a good deals I buy enough to last 12 weeks or just get a year supply if I can. You can easily do this It took me a month or so to catch on plus some work and lots of reading the sites. You will mess up but don't give up. doing this saved us when Kirk had no job for a year. Now it helps me to stay home and we have never eaten as well as we do now. I would LOVE to help you so get busy and save your coupons each week in the Sunday paper. I have even snuck coupons form my neighbors recycling bins. but I have a year supply of Laundry soap, snuggle, cleaners, hair products, feminine stuff, food whatever all form coupons...SO get busy and get some free stuff!!!!

jello + yogurt = delicious

Boil your water but only add 1/2 of what the box calls for to dissolved the jello. Then use yogurt for the second 1/2. Mix until melted and put in the refrigerator. If your using strawberry jello, use strawberry yogurt, etc.
