1 can corn-drained
1 can black beans-drained
1 can olive-drained
1 diced tomatoes- don't drain
3 large cloves of Garlic minced
1 red pepper- cut in small pieces
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chopped cilantro
Mix together and enjoy. Even better the second day!
