1 c. sugar
3 T. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 T. oil
1 c. lukewarm water
Cinnamon Sauce-
1 c. milk
2 T. flour
2 T. butter
1 c. sugar
1 T. cinnamon
Combine 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 c. sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt in greased 8-inch cake pan. Make three holes. Put vinegar in one hole, vanilla in one hole, and oil in the third hole. Pour water over all and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. In a saucepan whisk together milk and one tablespoon flour. Whisk in butter and heat to a boil. Simmer for one minute. Stir in 1 c. sugar and the cinnamon. Pour over cake. Makes 6-8 servings.
