3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1/2 t. nutmeg
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 c. mashed bananas
3 1/2 c. oats
1 or more cups chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients and cut in shortening. Add eggs and bananas. Mix well. Add oats and chocolate chips to taste. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
