1 1/2 c. water
2/3 c. oats
2 T. brown sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. cinnamon
Optional:
2 T. raisins
2 T. nuts
Mix the oats, sugar, salt and cinnamon together in a pan. Add the water and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and cook to desired consistency (depends on whether using regular oats or quick oats
