Healthy Grape Juice Jello

Ingredients:
  • 1 packet of gelatin
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • ½ cup boiling water, cooled slightly
  • 1¼ cup grape juice

Directions:
Dissolve gelatin for 3-5 minutes in ¼ cup cold water. Add ½ cup boiled water (cooled slightly). Add 1¼ cup grape juice. Stir to blend.
Pour into mold or into small (6x6) Pyrex. Allow to set and cut into cubes.
Yield: 4 servings
