  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Cook and stir onion and garlic in the melted butter until onion is tender, 5 to 7 minutes.

  • Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.

  • Combine onion mixture, mashed potatoes, flour, eggs, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until well blended.

  • Scoop 1/4 to 1/2 cup batter (depending on size of waffle iron) into the center of waffle iron and close lid. Cook until golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes.

 

Cauliflower

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS: 1 cauliflower. salt 1 teaspoon. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes. Potatoes 1kg. Cool the cauliflower. salt 1 tablespoon. Mash the cauliflower. 2 eggs. Chocolate Hot Fudge

1 1/2 cups (or 1 can) evaported milk

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

1 1/2 c. sugar

Heat until it is all melted together.  When it comes to a bubble it's done!
