Whole Wheat Pancakes -- using wheat kernels

1 c. wheat kernels (red or white)
1 1/4 c. buttermilk or milk or powdered milk equivalent
3 eggs or equivalent powdered eggs
1 T. baking powder
1/4 c. oil
1 T. honey or sugar

BLEND for five minutes in blender. Blend until smooth and cook on hot griddle sprayed with cooking oil. (Batter is thin, but bakes up well.)
