Onion, Garlic, Chicken
Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts
3 garlic cloves
1 shallot
170 ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth or warm water
170ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
handful of Parsley
juice of half a lemon
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Baked Zucchini
Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. In a large bowl, toss the thinly sliced zucchinis with olive oil until evenly coated.
3. In a separate bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Dip each zucchini slice into the bread crumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat both sides.
5. Arrange the coated zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as a healthy snack or side dish.
