Strawberry Shortcake with Balsamic Twist

Valentine Dessert

Angel Food Cake (homemade, store bought or from a box) or buttermilk biscuits
Fresh whipped cream with sugar and vanilla
Balsamic Strawberries--

Mix together

2 lbs. fresh strawberries, sliced

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup honey

Dish each delicious plate with a slice of cake, balsamic strawberries, and whipped cream.  Enjoy
